How to set up your business settings in TourTask
Your business's settings are in the backoffice's Configuration menu. Configuration → General holds what belongs to your whole business; the other pages each set up one feature.
Your business: Configuration → General
Settings
Your business's name, country, currencies and time zone; to change the name, country or time zone, contact TourTask support. The Short description under them is what search engines show for the booking page TourTask hosts for you.
Site languages
The languages of your shop, booking pages and e-mails. See Languages and translation.
Enabled functionalities
Switch on Cruise ships to sell shore excursions to cruise passengers. The menu shows the new pages at once.
Logo

Brand colors
The colours of your shop, vouchers, e-mails and TourTask website. See Design.
Notifications
Which staff hear about new bookings and payments, and about tomorrow's jobs that have no guide yet (below).
To sell in another currency than your sales currency, add a price list in it.
Your four logos
Upload each one under Logo. Only the first is needed; the others make your website and e-mails look their best.
| Logo | Where it shows |
|---|---|
| Logo | Your vouchers and booking pages, and your e-mails while you have no light horizontal logo |
| Horizontal logo | The top bar of your TourTask website |
| Light horizontal logo | Your website over photos and dark menus, and the coloured band at the top of your e-mails |
| Square logo | The icon in your website's browser tab |
Upload the horizontal logo before the light one: the light one must be exactly the same size in pixels.
Who gets notified
- Under Notifications, click Add beside Bookings created by client, Successful booking payments or Rejected booking payments to choose who gets that e-mail. A list with nobody in it notifies nobody.
- Under Providers missing, choose the Recipients warned when tomorrow has jobs with no provider assigned. Warn via sends an SMS, an e-mail or both (an SMS is billed per message), at the hour in Send at.
- Customers write to your Public e-mail, set on your Business profile, never to these lists.
