How to set your public contact details and review sites

Configuration → Business profile holds what customers see of your business: how to reach you, where you are, and your pages on other sites. Each of its two cards has its own Save.

Your public contact details

  1. 1

    Enter your Public e-mail

It is required. Customers write to it, and your contact form, chats handed over to your staff and replies to your e-mails arrive there.

  2. 2

    Add your phone numbers

Choose each number's country and type the number. Click the phone icon (Calls), the WhatsApp icon (WhatsApp) or both. Add phone adds another number, up to five.

  3. 3

Put your business on the map

Under Location, search for your business or its address and pick it: the pin is set there, and the empty address fields are filled in. Click the map or drag the pin to move it.

  4. 4

Check the address and click Save

Address, Postal code, City, Region and Country are written as customers should read them.

Public contact details, filled in

Under About your business, Year your business started and Travellers before TourTask are optional. A TourTask website shows them in its numbers: your years in business, and the travellers you have guided, these and your bookings' together.

Where customers see them

  • Your TourTask website shows your phone numbers, address and map. Its contact form sends to your public e-mail, which the website never shows, to keep spam away.
  • Your tour vouchers have a Need assistance? box with your e-mail and phone numbers.
  • Customers' replies to your booking e-mails reach your public e-mail.

Questions we get asked

Yes. You and your staff sign in with your own e-mails; customers only write to your public e-mail.

No. Your website shows the rating and number of reviews you entered, so update them now and then. A link's window shows when you last changed them.

Each social site can be listed once: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube are greyed out in the list once you have them.
