A combo on one day, or a trip of up to 255 days.

Dates and prices from tours

Schedules, seats, cut-offs and prices come from your tours.

A package discount

A percentage or fixed amount off, with no code, on your website, OTAs or both.

Mix private and group tours in one package.

Your website and OTAs

Your website, the AI assistant, Viator, GetYourGuide and Civitatis.

Create a package

  1. 1

    New package

Go to Tours → Packages and click New package.

  2. 2

    Name and descriptions

Write the Name and an optional Short description in one language: the other languages are translated when you save.

  3. 3

    Tours in package

Click Add tour to package for each tour, and pick Private or Group when the tour offers both.

  4. 4

    Cover image

Click one of the tours' photos for the package's card, or leave Automatic.

  5. 5

    Max days

Check Max days, the most days from the first tour to the last. Adding tours raises it, so set it back to 1 for a same-day combo.

  6. 6

    Strict tour order

Switch on Strict tour order if the tours must run in the listed order.

  7. 7

    Package discount

Pick a Discount type, enter the Discount and choose where it applies, or leave No discount.

  8. 8

    Visibility

Leave Website and Tours page on to list the package above your tours, then click Create. With Tours page off, no page of your website lists the package.

Selling a package on OTAs

On online travel agencies (OTAs), a package sells as one product, and a new package starts switched off on every OTA. Turn on the switch at the start of its row in each OTA's Product pricing table, under Channel manager → Online travel agencies. Then connect it on the OTA's side: see the channel manager.

Viator and GetYourGuide need instant confirmation

On Viator and GetYourGuide, a package cannot be booked when one of its tours needs manual confirmation. On Civitatis, it sells on request: you accept or reject each booking.

Questions we get asked

Its tours must fit within Max days, with at least an hour between tours on the same day. Raise Max days, switch off Strict tour order or check the tours' start times. A group tour with Open hours blocks a package of two or more tours: add it as Private if it offers both.

Change its tours' prices or its package discount: a package has no price of its own. See tour pricing and seasons.

No: the booking form cannot add a package. You can add its tours one by one, but the package discount is then not applied automatically.
