Tour categories: group your tours on your booking page
Categories group your tours, such as Hikes and Boat trips. Your booking widget can show each category as a heading above its tours.
Creating categories

Create a category
Go to Tours → Categories and click Create new category.

Name it
Write its Name and an optional Description, then click Save.

Order them
Drag the categories by their handles into the order customers should see.
Putting tours in a category
Tours → Manage groups your tours by category, with Uncategorized at the end. Drag a tour by its handle into a category's card: that also sets its place among the category's tours.
Showing categories on your website
Go to Website integrations → Tours and switch on Separate activities by categories. Your booking widget then shows each category's name and description above its tours. With it off, it lists all your tours together.

No. A tour belongs to one category, or to none.
Yes. Tours → Categories shows the categories of the service area you have selected.
Yes. A promo code can be limited to the tours of a category.
Open it and choose Remove category. It can't be undone.
