How to edit your website's texts, photos and design
You change your TourTask website in the backoffice, under Website. If you have none yet, create your website first.

Texts, photos and sections, right on the page.

Edit a page

Open the page
Go to Website → Pages and click the page. With several languages, pick the language's tab at the top.

Click a text and type
Click a section to show its empty texts.

Change an icon
Click the icon and pick another from the icon library.

Open a section's settings
Point at the section: a bar appears at its top right. Its gear (Section settings) holds the section's photos, buttons and options.

Add, move or delete sections
Use Add block, Drag to reorder or Delete block on the same bar.

Check the phone view
Switch between Full width and Phone above the page.

Press Save
Save is at the top right.
Point at the hero slideshow's text to stop it on a slide, then write that slide's texts.
Change a photo

Open the section's settings
Point at the section in the page editor and click its gear.

Open the photo picker
Press Change beside the photo (Choose a photo if there is none), or drop a photo file on it.

Pick a photo
Choose one under Your photos or Tour photos, or press Upload a photo.

Press Done, then Save
Save is at the top right.
Hero and background photos must be at least 1920 × 1080 pixels, so tour photos are too small for them. To rename or delete your photos, open Photo library on Website → Pages.
Change colours and fonts

Open Website → Design
Its Preview shows the result as you choose.

Choose colours and fonts
Pick the Top menu style, a Color palette, your own Accent color if you like, and the Fonts.

Press Save
Save is at the top right.
Your website's top bar shows the Horizontal logo from Configuration → General.
Write texts with AI

Open the section's settings
Point at the section in the page editor and click its gear. A plain text block has Write with AI in place of the gear.

Press Write with AI
Add an Instruction for the AI (optional) first if you like, such as “mention that we are family-run”.

Read the texts and press Done
The AI writes in the language you are editing.

Press Save
Save is at the top right.
Each press of Write with AI is one AI run: free, up to 30 a month.
To rewrite Home, About us and Contact at once, go to Texts written by AI on Website → Overview. Press Write my texts with AI, or Write my texts again after a first run. It writes over those texts, every page's Search result description and the footer's short text, your changes included.
Questions we get asked
Not while it is online: each Save goes live at once. To work in private, press Unpublish on Website → Overview; the website stays offline until you press Publish.
Contact details under Configuration → Business profile, terms under Configuration → Terms. Your website follows them on its own.
Your website never shows it, to keep spam away. The contact form sends visitors' messages to your Public e-mail.
In the Tour tiles section's settings, choose Only the tours I choose and pick up to twelve.
Write its Search result description at the top of the page's editor. The title is made from its Menu label and your business name.
Admins, and staff given Website → Pages under Users → Manage. Changing the look needs Website → Design, and publishing Website → Overview.
