Add tour booking, chat and reviews to your own website
Website integrations put TourTask on the website you already have: your tours with live booking, Website chat, your reviews and more. On WordPress, the free TourTask plugin adds them; on any other website, you paste a code snippet.

The booking widget
Set up the booking widget under Website integrations → Tours, on its WordPress or HTML tab. Then save your page's address under Activities page URL on your website. Step by step: the booking widget guide.
Shore excursions for cruise passengers
The shore excursions page needs Cruise ships switched on under Configuration → General. Set it up under Website integrations → Shore excursions, and write its texts there under General information and Frequently asked questions. On WordPress, choose Shore excursions (cruise ships) as the Page type under TourTask → Shortcode.
Website chat on every page
Website chat puts a live chat on every page: switch on Site-wide chat widget in the WordPress plugin, or paste the Embed code into any other website. See how to add Website chat. Who answers and how your team takes over: the AI assistant.
Tour recommendations at checkout
Tour recommendations show in the booking widget at checkout, so they need nothing on your website. Under Website integrations → Tour recommendations, press Add recommendation and pick the tour. With Add condition, show it only when certain tours are, or are not, in the cart.
Tracking your ad conversions
Under Website integrations → Tracking, enter your Meta Pixel ID or Google Ads Conversion ID. The booking widget then shows a cookie banner, and reports the bookings of visitors who accept it.
Under Server-side conversions on the same page, enter your ad accounts' credentials to report phone and in-person bookings too. Whoever runs your ads can fill them in.
Your reviews on your website
Get the code for your reviews page under Website integrations → Reviews: a WordPress shortcode, or the Embed code for other websites. Save that page's address under Reviews page URL on your website, so post-tour review e-mails send customers there.
Questions we get asked
Website integrations come with TourTask, and the WordPress plugin is free. Only the AI assistant in Website chat is billed, by use. For TourTask itself, see pricing.
No: the TourTask website has the booking widget built in. It does use your Website integrations → Tracking IDs on your own domain, and it shows no Website chat.
Yes. Share the Independent booking URL from Website integrations → Tours: a booking page TourTask hosts for you. Or let TourTask build a website from your tours, at no extra cost.
