How to read and pay your monthly TourTask invoice

TourTask sends you one invoice a month, on the 10th, for the month before. You pay it online under Economy → Billing.

What the invoice holds

Commission

A share of the month's bookings that falls as you sell more, less any discount TourTask gives you.

Minimum fee

When the commission is below the monthly minimum, you pay the minimum instead, from the month you sign up.

SMS messages

The SMS your business sent: staff reminders, the warning about activities with no provider, and Notify provider. E-mails are free.

AI chat usage

The conversations your AI assistant had with customers, on every channel.

AI booking entry

Each conversation you turned into a booking with Fill from conversation.

Other lines

A one-off charge TourTask adds, under its own name.

The prices are on the pricing page. Your monthly AI allowance is included and never shows on the invoice: see AI allowance and credits.

Your first invoice comes on the 10th of the month after you sign up. That first month, the minimum counts only the days from your sign-up day.

Pay an invoice

  1. 1

    Open Billing

    Go to Economy → Billing. Each invoice shows its month, its amount and whether it is Unpaid, Invoice overdue or Paid.

  2. 2

    Choose the invoice

    Click Pay now beside it. With two or more unpaid invoices, Pay all pays them in one payment.

  3. 3

    Pay

    Choose how to pay under Select payment method, and pay. A method with a surcharge shows it before you pay.

Everyone with access to Billing gets a confirmation e-mail, unless they unsubscribed from invoice e-mails. Older invoices are under Show archived invoices.

A frozen account

If an invoice is still unpaid 10 days after it is due, your account is frozen. Paying the overdue invoices unfreezes it at once.

Still works:

  • ✓the dashboard, the Operations calendar, My calendar and Economy → Billing, so the tours you sold still run;
  • ✓bookings from Viator, GetYourGuide and your other OTAs;
  • ✓the chat with TourTask support.

Stops until you pay:

  • every other page of the backoffice;
  • new bookings on your website, booking widget and booking page, and your website chat;
  • selling in TourTask Sales, and answering work offers in TourTask Crew;
  • staff reminders, the warning about activities with no provider, follow-up e-mails, the daily operations calendar e-mail and automatic translation.

An account that stays frozen is deleted after 6 months, after warning e-mails.
