How partner hotels see which of your customers stay there

A partner hotel can sign in to your backoffice and see which customers on your tours stay with it, day by day. So the hotel knows who goes out on which tour, and when.

Give a hotel its login

  1. 1

    Create the user

Go to Users → Manage, click Create new user and enter the hotel's Name and E-mail.

  2. 2

Switch on Lodging. In its tab, type at least four letters of the hotel's name in Lodging and pick it from the list.

  3. 3

Pick the hotel your customers pick

The hotel sees the bookings whose lodging is the same hotel as its own, so choose the entry your customers and staff choose for it. See Lodging.

What the hotel sees

Signed in, the hotel opens Lodging pax in the menu. Day by day, it lists your activities that have guests of the hotel: the start time, the number of pax at the hotel, each guest's name and their booking number.

  • Date range picks the days to show. The page opens on today, and shows up to 100 days.
  • Filter: type in Name to find a guest.
  • Hide empty days leaves out the days without guests.

Nothing on the page can be changed, and it shows no prices or payments.

Questions we get asked

Its user has no hotel picked yet. Open the user, pick the hotel in its Lodging tab and click Save.

Yes. Switch on Commissionee on the same user, and the hotel earns a commission on the customers it sends you: see Sellers.

It shows only to users linked to a hotel. An administrator doesn't see it, unless their own user is linked to one.
