How to accept Pix payments from Brazilian travellers
Let Brazilian travellers pay for their bookings with Pix, straight from their banking app. You need an account with a payment gateway that takes Pix in your country.
What is Pix?
Pix is Brazil's instant payment system, run by the Central Bank of Brazil. Travellers pay in reais from their Brazilian banking app: they scan a QR code or paste a Pix code, and the payment goes through in seconds, at any hour.
Pix is not a company you can sign up with: businesses receive Pix payments through Brazilian banks and payment institutions. So TourTask takes Pix through payment gateways that receive it for you, even if your business is outside Brazil.
