How to accept payments with Transbank Webpay Plus Tienda Mall

Transbank Webpay Plus Mall is an online payment gateway from Transbank, Chile's main card-processing provider, designed for tour operators and businesses collecting payments in Chile. Transbank offers several online products, and to use this one you first contract the standard Webpay Plus product to obtain a commerce code; Webpay Plus Mall then lets you connect to an existing integration rather than building your own, in this case TourTask's integration. Once activated, your business is added to a "mall" within TourTask so Chilean customers can pay securely with their cards through Webpay. When Transbank Webpay Plus Mall confirms a payment, TourTask automatically marks the booking as paid and sends confirmations to both your business and the customer.

   Open the Transbank Webpay Plus Tienda Mall card

   Go to Configuration → Payment options and click the Transbank Webpay Plus Tienda Mall card under Online payments → Payment gateways. Not there? Choose Show all gateways under the cards.

   Choose the country and currency

   Pick the Country where your Transbank Webpay Plus Tienda Mall account and its bank account are, and the Currency travellers pay in. Click Add. To change either later, remove Transbank Webpay Plus Tienda Mall with Remove and add it again.

   Fill in your API credentials

   Under Authentication, the card has a field for each:
   Tienda Mall commerce code

   Each field saves when you click out of it.

   Activate Transbank Webpay Plus Tienda Mall

   Click Activate once every field is filled in. The card turns Active, and travellers can pay with Transbank Webpay Plus Tienda Mall on your booking page. Every payment goes straight into your own Transbank Webpay Plus Tienda Mall account: TourTask never holds your money.
