How to accept payments with NOWPayments

NOWPayments is a global cryptocurrency payment gateway that lets your tour business accept payments in the cryptocurrency of your choice. It also offers optional fiat payments, so customers can pay with common cards such as VISA and MasterCard, with those payments instantly converted into the cryptocurrency held in your account. This makes it a flexible option for operators who want to welcome crypto-paying travelers from anywhere in the world while still supporting familiar card payments. Once NOWPayments confirms the payment, TourTask automatically marks the booking as paid and sends confirmations to both your business and the customer.

   Open the NOWPayments card

   Go to Configuration → Payment options and click the NOWPayments card under Online payments → Payment gateways. Not there? Choose Show all gateways under the cards.

   Choose the currency

   Pick the Currency travellers pay in and click Add. To change it later, remove NOWPayments with Remove and add it again.

   Fill in your API credentials

   Under Authentication, the card has a field for each:
   API key
   IPN secret

   Each field saves when you click out of it.

   Activate NOWPayments

   Click Activate once every field is filled in. The card turns Active, and travellers can pay with NOWPayments on your booking page. Every payment goes straight into your own NOWPayments account: TourTask never holds your money.
