Passenger lists for group tours: open, print and share
Each group of a group tour has a passenger list: who is booked, where they stay and what they need. TourTask makes it from the bookings, with no columns to set up.

Print it with your browser: the whole table fits on the sheet.
What the list shows
At the top: the tour, the group, the date, Passengers, Capacity and who works the group. Below, one row per passenger, with the bookings of one lodging together, and the columns that apply:

| Age group | Your business or the tour uses age groups beyond Adult. |
| Cabin number | The group is a shore excursion. |
| Variant | The group has bookings of more than one variant. |
| Add-ons | A booking has add-ons. |
| Pickup location, Lodging | The tour picks its travellers up at a pickup location, or at the lodging. |
| Booking | Always: its number and name, a link to the booking. |
| Price list | A booking was sold on a price list. |
| Phone | A booking's contact has a phone number. |
| Your passenger details | You ask for them under Configuration → Passenger details: one column each. |
| Note | A booking has a note. |
Under the table, Lodgings lists each lodging with a Map link.
