How to get help from TourTask support and send feedback

The round chat button in a bottom corner of every backoffice page reaches TourTask's support. The Feedback tab beside it sends your ideas and problem reports to the TourTask team.

Chat with TourTask support

  1. 1

    Click the chat button

It sits in a bottom corner of the page. Drag it elsewhere if it covers something.

  2. 2

    Click Start a new conversation

Or open an earlier one under Past conversations.

  3. 3

    Write your question

TourTask's assistant answers at once, and a team member can step in. Online in the chat's header means one is available.

  4. 4

    Show what you mean

Click the camera button (Send a screenshot) to send a picture of your page. Mark it up, then click Send.

The support chat

A reply that arrives while the chat is closed puts a red count on the chat button and in your browser tab's title.

Send feedback

  1. 1

    Click Feedback

The tab beside the chat button.

  2. 2

    Choose what it's about

Under What's this about?, pick Feature request, Problem report, Suggestion or Other.

  3. 3

    Write your message

Say what you need, or what happened and what you expected.

  4. 4

    Click Attach a screenshot

Optional. It takes a picture of the page behind the form. Mark what you mean with the pen, a rectangle, a circle or an arrow, then click Attach.

Marking up the screenshot
  1. 5

    Click Send

The page you were on and your browser's details go with it, so a problem can be looked into straight away.

Feedback with a screenshot attached

Your feedback goes to the TourTask team, not to the assistant. If the team replies, the reply arrives in your support chat.

Your customers' chat is a different one

The support chat reaches TourTask. The chat your website visitors use is your own: see Website chat.

Questions we get asked
