Swish — Sweden's mobile payment. The customer approves the payment in the Swish app. Requires a Swish Handel agreement with your bank and a certificate from the Swish Portal.
Swish is Sweden's dominant mobile payment system, used by the vast majority of Swedish adults and connected directly to their bank accounts. At checkout your customer scans a Swish QR code — or taps a button on their phone — and approves the payment with BankID in the Swish app; the money is transferred instantly to your business's Swish-connected account, in SEK. To accept Swish you need a Swish Handel (Swish for Merchants) agreement with your Swedish bank, which gives you a Swish number, plus a technical certificate created in the Swish Portal; you enter these on the TourTask payment options page. When Swish confirms the payment, TourTask automatically marks the booking as paid and triggers the usual confirmation flow, sending notifications to your business and to the customer. Refunds, full or partial, can be sent back to the customer directly from TourTask for up to 13 months after the payment.
