How to set the alarm before each job in TourTask Crew
TourTask Crew rings an alarm before each of your jobs that has a start time, in every business you are signed in to. It rings like your phone's alarm clock, also when the phone is on silent, and needs no signal.
Setting the alarm

Open the alarm's settings
In TourTask Crew, open Settings and tap Alarm.

Choose how early
Tap Time before the job and pick from 5 minutes to 5 hours. Until you do, the alarm rings 1 hour before each job.

Choose the sound
Alarm sound is The phone’s alarm sound until you change it. Tap it, then More sounds on this phone to pick another sound of your phone.
To have no alarm at all, switch Alarm before each job off.
One job's own alarm
A job's screen shows its Alarm and when it rings, such as Rings at 06:30. Tap it to choose another time for that job only, or switch it off for that job. As in Settings follows your setting again. Once its time has passed, the job no longer shows it.
Jobs whose alarms would ring less than 15 minutes apart share one alarm, at the earliest time, which names every job.
When the alarm rings
The alarm fills the screen, also over the lock screen. Tap Snooze to ring again 10 minutes later, or swipe up or sideways to stop it. With the phone in use, a notification shows Snooze and Stop.
An alarm nobody touches goes quiet after 10 minutes and leaves a Missed alarm notification.
Ringing over the lock screen on Android
Some phones keep the alarm behind the lock screen until you allow it. The app's help shows what your phone needs:

Open the help
In Settings → Alarm, tap How to show the alarm over your lock screen, under Help.

Allow each switch
Each switch your phone has says Allowed or Not allowed: Full-screen notifications (Android 14 and later) and, on Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO phones, Show on Lock screen. Tap Open settings beside one that is not allowed, and turn it on in your phone's settings. Xiaomi's is under Other permissions.

Ring a test alarm
Tap Ring a test alarm and lock your phone: the alarm rings 10 seconds later and should fill the screen.

Still behind the lock screen?
Some phones add a switch of their own, often named after the lock screen or pop-up windows. Tap Open settings beside Still behind the lock screen? and allow that switch for TourTask Crew.
The first time
Once you have a job, TourTask Crew explains the alarm, then your phone asks for notifications and Alarms & reminders. Without Alarms & reminders no alarm can ring: the alarm's settings then say so, with Open settings.
Questions we get asked
Yes. Your phone holds the alarms of your next 14 days. A phone that is switched off or out of battery cannot ring, as with any alarm.
Its alarm moves with it when the app loads your calendar, and when TourTask notifies your phone of the change.
No. The reminders are notifications: the day before your jobs, and before Start tour. Settings → Reminders turns them off; the alarm has its own switch.
