Adyen is an enterprise acquirer, not a self-serve one. There is no sign-up-and-charge path: you talk to their sales team, they underwrite your business, and you sign a contract. Budget weeks, not an afternoon.
Contact Adyen sales, pass their KYC review, sign the merchant service agreement and get a live account. A free test account is available immediately at adyen.com/signup, but it guarantees nothing commercially and TourTask cannot use it — the Adyen gateway always talks to the live environment.
All of them come from ca-live.adyen.com; the test Customer Area is a separate world and nothing copies across. You need the merchant account code (not the company account), an API key from Developers → API credentials, the API URL prefix from Developers → API URLs, and the HMAC key generated on the webhook. The API key and the HMAC key are each shown exactly once.
Under Developers → Webhooks, add a Standard webhook pointing at the URL below, generate its HMAC key, and save the configuration.
