Referrals

You who are reading this will below be referred to as USER. The company that you are registering with us will be referred to as YOUR COMPANY. Our company TourTask SpA will be referred to as TOURTASK. Our tour operator software will be referred to as SOFTWARE.

Privacy and security

All of YOUR COMPANY's passwords are encrypted with unbreakable encryptions, so called one-way hashes. All data sent to SOFTWARE is sent safely over SSL encrypted connections.

All of YOUR COMPANY's services, users and data registered with SOFTWARE is considered confidential. TOURTASK will never sell, give away or in any other way intentionally distribute information about YOUR COMPANY registered with SOFTWARE.

Responsibility waiver

TOURTASK makes daily security backups of all data and complies with any security precautions to make sure YOUR COMPANY will work flawlessly. Still, TOURTASK waives any responsibility from any damage or disorganization that could happen to YOUR COMPANY from using SOFTWARE. TOURTASK does not take resposibility for any misuse that COMPANY could perform of SOFTWARE.

Services fees and payments

TOURTASK commission is based on movement of the past month. Starting from 1.9%, the fee percentage will get lower as you have more movement. The percentage is calculated as follows: (95400 / (x + 53000)) + 0.1, where x is the the considered monthly income in USD. The cost of hotel rooms that are added to any bookings will not be considered, and will not be charged for by TOURTASK, and only the remaining profit of this hotel room sale will be affected by the fee (e.g. for a 100 USD room on which you have added a 30% markup, selling it for 130 USD to your client, the TOURTASK fee will be around 0.6 USD instead of 2.5 USD). YOUR COMPANY's services must always be entered into the SOFTWARE with the true monetary values to properly represent reality. It is not allowed to somehow alter your data to try and decrease the TOURTASK fee. TOURTASK will charge YOUR COMPANY retroactively for the activities of the past month on a monthly basis, on the 10th day of every month. YOUR COMPANY must pay this fee before the 10th of the next month (approximately 30 days), or YOUR COMPANY will lose access to SOFTWARE.

Optional SMS tour reminders to your staff have a small cost, but e-mail notifications are for free.

Minimum fee: 29 USD

If your monthly commission is lower than USD 29, the minimum monthly fee of USD 29 will apply.

Breach of agreement

If YOUR COMPANY breaks the agreement, and after proper notifications refuses to comply, TOURTASK reserves the right to deactivate and eliminate any and all data related to YOUR COMPANY from SOFTWARE. This would not happen without multiple warnings first.

USER takes responsibility

USER acknowledges and takes full responsibility that he/she has the right and authority to agree to these terms on behalf of YOUR COMPANY.
