Swish はスウェーデンで圧倒的なシェアを持つモバイル決済システムで、スウェーデンの成人の大多数が利用しており、銀行口座に直接連携しています。チェックアウト時にお客様が Swish の QR コードをスキャンするか、スマートフォンのボタンをタップし、Swish アプリで BankID による承認を行うと、代金は SEK で事業者の Swish 連携口座へ即時に送金されます。Swish を導入するには、スウェーデンの銀行との Swish Handel（加盟店向け Swish）契約で Swish 番号を取得し、Swish ポータルで技術証明書を作成した上で、TourTask の支払いオプションページに入力します。Swish が支払いを確認すると、TourTask は自動的に予約を支払い済みにし、事業者とお客様への通知を含む通常の確認フローを実行します。返金は全額・一部を問わず、支払いから 13 か月以内であれば TourTask から直接お客様へ返金できます。

Swish を接続するには、Swish アカウントから次の認証情報が必要です：
Swish credentials come from two places: your bank issues the Swish number, and you create the certificate yourself in Swish's own portal. Nobody can do either part for you — not Swish, and not TourTask — so plan for a short wait on the bank and about fifteen minutes on the certificate.
Ask your Swedish business bank for Swish Handel — the merchant agreement, not Swish Företag, which has no API and cannot take payments from a booking page. You also nominate a certificate contact, who needs a Swedish BankID. The bank sends you a Swish number: ten digits beginning with 123.
You generate a key pair and a signing request on your own machine, then have it signed at portal.swish.nu using your certificate contact's BankID. That gives you the two PEM blocks TourTask needs — the certificate with its full chain, and the private key, which never leaves your computer.
In TourTask go to Configuration → Payment options, add Swish, paste the Swish number and the two PEM values, and press Activate. From then on your customers pay by scanning a Swish QR code on your booking page, and the booking confirms itself the moment the payment goes through.
