Amazon Pay lets customers pay with what their Amazon account already holds. Registration is self-serve, but plan for one approval step: travel and tour services are a restricted category, and Amazon must approve your business for it before you can charge.
Sign up at pay.amazon.com for your region — Amazon Pay serves merchants in the US, the UK, Japan and 15 European countries — which opens Amazon Pay Seller Central for your account. Then request approval for the travel category (Amazon's policy page is pay.amazon.com/help/6023): apply before you plan to go live, and wait for Amazon's confirmation before charging real customers.
In Seller Central open Integration Central and create an API key pair. That gives you the four values TourTask needs: the Merchant ID, the Store ID, the Public key ID, and a downloaded private key file (a PEM text file — keep it safe; Amazon cannot re-download it for you). While you are there, add your booking page's web addresses to the allowed domains — the Amazon Pay button refuses to render on a domain Amazon doesn't know about.
In TourTask go to Configuration → Payment options, add Amazon Pay, and pick your country. The currency follows your Amazon Pay region automatically: USD for US merchants, GBP for the UK, JPY for Japan, and EUR for European merchants (including Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland and Hungary — Amazon Pay Europe settles them all in EUR). Paste the Merchant ID, Store ID and Public key ID, paste the private key file's full contents into the private-key field, and press Activate. Customers then get Amazon's own button, finish the payment on Amazon-hosted pages, and the booking confirms when they return.
